By accessing or using Mystery Live at www.mystery-live.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Mystery Live is a SaaS platform that allows content creators to create virtual card decks, perform live card extractions with 3D animations, and share results in real-time with their audience on platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch. The Service includes:

• Virtual deck creation and management
• Live card extraction sessions with 3D visual effects
• Real-time viewer pages for live audiences
• Dashboard with analytics and achievements
• Optional TikTok Shop integration for order management

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by signing in with Google. You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Mystery Live offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fees
• Automatic renewal at the end of each billing period
• Provide valid payment information

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to applicable consumer protection laws.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the platform, including deck names, card images, prizes, and descriptions ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content:

• Does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Does not contain illegal, offensive, or harmful material
• Complies with applicable laws and regulations

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated scripts to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, 3D animations, shaders, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Mystery Live. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our express written consent.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (TikTok Shop, Stripe, Google). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or actions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mystery Live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect service availability.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
